National Day of…Waking up at the Butt-Crack of Dawn
So tomorrow I have to wake up at 4:15 to go set up our front steps for National Day of Prayer.
Wow. 4:15.
I wonder, is it a conflict of interest to pray for rain? It wouldn’t cancel our NDP event, it would just move us inside and avoid me setting up and tearing down….
Tomorrow I will pray. I will pray to my God for my family, the future, our nation and our world.

attack of the killer suitcase
Elizabeth has flown to Tulsa with her mom to visit family out there for a few days.
Well this afternoon she packed the one thing that is essential to most when traveling – a suitcase. Her suitcase was of decent size as she is of the female gender and needs many different things for a few days worth of travel…ahem.
Well as a loving husband I was tasked with bringing the suitcase down the stairs and putting it in the kitchen to await departure.
The following is what took place after said task….
It continued like this most of the afternoon and stayed just as funny.
All I can say is good thing Bailey was there to protect us.
